-  How much does it cost me to have a British Terminal product delivered to my home?
   Nothing. British Terminal provides free delivery on all items only in India...

-  When will my order get shipped?
  After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped within next 24 to 48 working hours only Working Day ( Except Holiday )

-  What is the estimated delivery time?
   Our goal is to have the product delivered to you within 48 hours, and you can be assured that we will go the extra mile to make sure it happens. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we will ensure that the product reaches you within 4-6 days of purchase. For example, there are multiple zip codes in metros that are not serviced by local courier companies. In such cases, we rely on speed post delivered by India Post.

- How will the delivery be done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive and all taxes are included with the list prices.

- Does British Terminal deliver internationally?
British Terminal Also deliver items internationally But Pay Courier Charges Extra as per coutry shipping policy by British  You can buy the product from anywhere as long as it's purchased using a payment mechanism that we permit. Please note that at this time, we Also accept credit cards issued by banks in countries other than India.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
We don't like hackers, so to keep your order safe we don't allow editing of address once the order is placed.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

What is cancel and what is return?
We wish that you never return or cancel any order, but if you still have to, then the following cases would apply:

    The order has not been shipped:

If the order is not shipped and if you cancel it would be a Cancelled order. In this scenario, we will refund the entire amount immediately.

    The order has been shipped:

If the order is shipped and you cancel, we would call it a returned order. We offer you a 'No Questions Asked' return policy. You can return the products within 7 days of receiving your shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box.

When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order at any point of time. If you cancel an order before the product is shipped then the refund process would start immediately. But if you cancel the product once the product is shipped, then the 'Return Policy' applies. If you are a registered user, then to cancel an order, please go to 'My Orders' tab on 'My Account' page and hit cancel button as shown below. If you ordered as a 'Guest' user, call our customer delight team for assistance.

Exchange/Cancellation/Return of Apparel would not be entertained due to hygiene purposes.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order?
You can cancel/return a part of the order in case you have not applied any offer or discount to the order.
To cancel part of the order go to My Accounts > My Orders > Order No. > Order Details.
If you have applied any discount you are entitled to size exchange, defective product exchange or cancellation of complete order. You cannot cancel a part of the order.

What's the return / exchange policy?
We offer a 7 day 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' return policy. This means is that you can cancel your order and return your product within 7 days of purchasing it. We will refund what you paid for it in full in case of a return.

How long will the refund take?
In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and should get credited in your account within a week. In case of returned order we will process you will get your refund within a week of us receiving the product back, provided the product is not damaged, not used (tried-on is ok, we understand) and returned with original product box.

How will I get my refund?
For complete order cancellation, the total order amount would be refunded to your card / account. For partial order cancellation, first refund would be done to your card / account and the remaining amount would be refunded in the form of a cheque to your shipping address. Damn we cannot control payment gateways to make it this easier for you!

How will I get the refund if I return a COD order?
Your COD refund can either be in form of cheque addressed to the recipient sent to the shipping address or in form of NEFT. If you want a quick refund please provide the following information to [email protected]

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product?
No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
No. Just call our customer delight team @ 09687621412 ( 9 am to 9 pm ) and we'll send a courier over to pick it up from you.

How do I return ?
For your convenience we have a free pickup facility for the product to be returned. Please contact our 'Customer Delight' team to know more about this amazing facility. In case this facility is not available for your location you can also ship back the product to our registered office address mentioned below and we will provide Rs 100 per kg additional refund.

How do I exchange ?
Please contact our 'Customer Delight' team and confirm the correct exchange size, we will arrange a free pickup for you.

Can I change the Bill value while exchange ?
The bill value has to remain same in case of an exchange. If you want a different product, in that case you need to 'Return' your product and place a new order. Please go through our return policy or else call our 'Customer Delight' for further assistance.

That seems too good to be true... What gives?
Ok. If our product is damaged or does not fit you, we have no problems in acknowledging it and replacing it for you. The most common reason for a product to be exchanged is usually if the product doesn't fit right. We understand and are happy to exchange it for you. But we hope our customers respect the intentions behind the policy and don't abuse it.

The product comes with trims... Which of these do you expect when I return / exchange the product?
We need the product to be returned to us in the original box. We know that the trims (back-support, clips, tags etc.) are easy to lose and we totally understand if you can't find them when you decide to return / exchange the product. Just send it back to us in the original box.

Why do I have to return the original box?
We have designed each box to deliver your shipment in pristine condition without increasing pollution on mother earth. We are sure you share our sentiments on recycling and wouldn't mind doing your bit to help. Hence we would not accept any returns unless they are sent in original packing.
